Creating URL pop-up menus You can add a URL pop-up menu to your Web page to provide viewers with a menu of links to other locations within your own Web site or on the Internet. In Adobe GoLive, you use the URL Pop-up icon in the Objects palette to add a URL pop-up menu, and then specify the menu items using the URL Pop-up Inspector. To insert a URL pop-up menu: 1 Choose Window > Objects. 2 In the Objects palette, click the Smart tab ( 3 Drag the URL Popup icon from the Objects palette to your document window. ![]() 4 Choose Window > Inspector. 5 To create a new menu item, click New in the URL Popup Inspector. Enter a label for the menu item in the Label text box. Specify a URL for the menu item by selecting a file using the Point and Shoot button ( 6 To duplicate a menu item, select an item in the scrolling window in the URL Popup Inspector, and click Duplicate. 7 To delete a menu item, select an item in the scrolling window in the URL Popup Inspector, and click Delete. 8 To change the position of a menu item in the pop-up menu, select an item in the scrolling window in the URL Popup Inspector. Click the up or down arrow button next to the horizontal scroll bar to move the item to the desired position. 9 To verify that the links in the URL pop-up menu work properly, preview your page using a Web browser.
